| Highway should ease traffic into town
A new highway in Vladivostok will make access to the city center easier. The road links two major transport arteries in the Pervomaisky District and will be part of a new bus route. Construction took two months. |

| Bangladesh announced the opening of a consular office in Vladivostok Oct 23. The post is not a full consulate, but is designed to facilitate ties in the Far East, said Consul of Honor Alexander Zubko, who is a Russian citizen. |
