Sakhalin Energy also helped fund this grant. The information technology center Systema plans to create an integrated information network of learning institutions on Sakhalin. The project will set up a unified education server with news and education databases, as well as other on-line services. A final grant was given to Sakhalin Oblast’s Department of Education, Culture and Sports to implement the “Training for Trainers” project.
