“I love Russia as I love my homeland, S. Korea. Russia for me is home,” shared Bek Guen Seok, a S. Korean Christian missionary woman who arrived in Russia in the late 90s, started a Presbyterian church for the deaf in Vladivostok, was admitted to Russian citizenship and married a Russian man.

Some 20 wagons of oil are standing idle on the rails near the port town of Nakhodka due to an absence of tankers into which the fuel can be unloaded, railway officials reported Wednesday.

Vladivostok’s Leninsky court on Monday revoked the City Duma electoral registration of Viktor Ivanovich Cherepkov’s bloc, barring the group from participation in this Sunday’s elections.
