Man finds unexpected party in his flat

The Vladivostok News

Upon returning home from work late on Wednesday evening and seeing lights on in his apartment, a Vladivostok resident called police to discover that 14 young men were having a drinking party in his first floor flat.

The man waited for two police squads to arrive at his apartment on Nevskaya Street at about 11.40 p.m. local time. The police officers blocked the ways of escape from the apartment’s windows and main entry and entered the flat, a press statement from the Primorye police department reported.

They found 14 intruders, all aged from 15-17, having a drinking party. The interrogation revealed that the teenagers brought beverages with them. Food for the party was taken from the man’s refrigerator.

The partying teenagers broke furniture and damaged other property in the apartment, though they did not steal any valuables.

The police statement did not mention how the intruders managed to get into the flat and whether there were any of the man’s relatives among the unexpected guests.
