Arts and Ideas Vladivostok to go French

“Europe has not arrived in Vladivostok yet but there is a market for European culture here,” Cedric Gras, co-director of Alliance Francaise in Vladivostok said, adding that his organization is ready to do the first step presenting an extensive program of French culture to start Thursday.
