N. Korean worker killed in incident

A North Korean wood logger died in an incident at a labor camp in the Khabarovsky region, a statement from the regional Department for Inner Affairs reported Monday.

The 49-year-old man was taken to the hospital in the settlement of Suluk, Verkhnebureinsky County, with skull and brain injuries on April 10, the statement reported. Supposedly he received these injuries when cutting wood in the forest located 80 kilometers from the settlement.

The North Korean worker died from the injuries at the hospital the next day, the statement said.
